Bob Cochran focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, corporate internal investigations and health care litigation. He has substantial experience representing clients in white collar criminal matters, including environmental crimes; health care fraud and patient abuse; public corruption; drug offenses; and money laundering. Bob is actively involved in all stages of these matters, from preliminary investigation through grand jury proceedings and to trial. As a former prosecutor, Bob has substantial criminal trial experience, having tried many cases to verdict. In addition, Bob represents clients in complex civil litigation, as well as administrative and civil matters with criminal overtones.
