Practice Areas

Industries

Asim Haque is an associate of the firm and has a multi-faceted practice.  He principally practices in the Public Law Practice Group and serves that client base in both transactional and litigation matters. 

His transactional focus is based in communications law, as Asim drafts and negotiates telecommunications, broadband and information technology related agreements. Asim also has a wealth of experience in real estate acquisition for the purpose of maintaining property as public right of way.  On the litigation front, Asim specializes in eminent domain litigation and has assisted a variety of appellate lawsuits. Asim also has a strong foundation in traditional public law practice areas, including land use and zoning, annexation and home rule authority.

Asim is also a member of the Intellectual Property and Health Law Practice Groups and represents these Groups' clients in transactional matters.  His focus in the Intellectual Property Practice Group is computer law and the drafting and negotiation of information technology agreements.
