Kris Dawley is Leader of Schottenstein Zox & Dunn's Health Law Practice Group where he represents health care systems, hospitals, medical groups, physicians, ambulance companies, long term care facilities, DME providers and other health care providers in a full range of business, regulatory and litigation matters. These include regulatory and compliance advice, physician contract and recruitment issues, Medicare/Medicaid payment issues, provider defense in civil, criminal and administrative proceedings, governing board counseling, medical staff hearings and credentialing matters, internal investigations and governmental audits and third party payer disputes

Kris was selected by his peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America for 2006 through 2010 and has served as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General on health law and litigation matters.
