Tom Pampush is Co-Coordinator of the firm's Family Enterprises Practice Area and focuses his practice on the issues faced by these entities throughout their lifecycle. Having served as Vice President and General Counsel of Shoe Corporation of America, Inc., Tom understands what it's like to be a client. As a result, he has developed a practical, business-oriented approach to providing legal services.

Family Enterprises 
Tom holds a Certificate in Family Business Advising from the Family Firm Institute.  He represents closely held and family businesses from inception through succession or other disposition, guiding clients through the personal, family and business issues unique to these enterprises. Tom also assists distressed companies in reorganizing in order to facilitate turnarounds and acquisitions, providing a practical perspective to the legal and business issues facing troubled companies.

Mergers and Acquisitions 
Tom represents companies and individuals in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and other complex corporate transactions. He has helped clients acquire and sell businesses in a variety of industries including retail, wholesale, medical, financial services, manufacturing, technology, software and professional services. He assists clients on both the buy and sell sides of asset and stock transactions.

General Corporate Counsel 
Tom acts as general counsel for an array of businesses. Because of his unique in-house experience, he is able to provide sound advice not only regarding legal issues facing an organization but also the practical business implications underlying those issues.
